About me
I obtained my undergraduate degree from METU Psychology Program in 2023. Now, I am continuing at METU as a master's student in the field of Developmental Psychology. My research interests lie in the Sign Language Acquisition of Deaf Children. My fascination with Developmental Psychology was ignited in 2021 when I worked as a field researcher in Prof. Dr. Sibel Kazak Berument's project, exploring the impact of parenting attitudes and parent-child communication on child and adolescent development. My commitment to the Project continued as a TÜBİTAK STAR Scholar. Also, I continue to work as the Project Coordinator in the My Sign Project carried out at the Multimodal Language and Cognitive Development Laboratory, which I started in October 2023. Beyond academics, I'm passionate about Taekwon-do and Pilates.
